Contact Lens & Vision Specialist

Dr. Ashley Fazzary is a graduate of Cornell University and SUNY College of Optometry. She was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Society, and was presented with the Columbia Award for Academic and Clinical Achievement in Ocular Pathology. Dr. Fazzary received advanced training in specialty contact lenses including rigid gas permeable and keratoconus fits. She also performed an extensive externship in ocular disease and trauma at Woodhull Medical Center.

Dr. Fazzary is a primary eye care physician with experience treating a wide range of medical and visual eye problems. She is licensed to practice optometry in the state of New York.
